WHAT IS SPORTS REHAB AND RECOVERY?
Sports rehab and recovery is a specialised branch of physiotherapy designed to treat injuries or conditions arising from sports activities since sportspersons have higher tendencies to develop strains or injuries due to the significant amount of physical stress placed on their bodies regularly.
A special approach to rehabilitation is employed to help athletes recover and regain strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. The goal of the treatment is to get you back into your sport as soon as possible.

- stress fracture
- shoulder pain
- tennis elbow
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Sports rehab and recovery management focuses on resolving pain, facilitating healing, minimising scar tissue development as well as regaining mobility, strength and stability. A unique treatment plan is tailored according to your sport, injury and needs.
This session begins with a consultation to identify and understand the biomechanics related to the injury as well as the movement demands for your specific sport. Following consultation, a holistic treatment will be given to relief, restore and improve your condition. Education on injury prevention and recurrence will also be emphasised.
